Disclaimer: Buying a home is very time consuming, qualifying is the easiest part. Because time can only be spent and not bought we provide service all the way to the escrow table. Due to this fact and time limitations, our agents are only allow two-to-three customers at a time. Please understand that even if you qualify, it might not be possible to work for you immediately.

-The goal of the Obama’s homebuyers program is to offer full buyer representation, while saving all homebuyers money.
- We spread the wealth by contributing 33% of our commission towards closing costs, upgrades, appliances etc…
- We spread the wealth by representing you as buyer’s brokers on negotiating the best price and terms in addition to negotiate for the maximum amount allowed for seller contributions up to 6% by law.
- We spread the wealth by directing you to loan officers that deal with numerous government loans and grants, to encourage buyers to obtain the "All American Dream", and can be as low as 0% down.
Our job is to narrow down the best house you qualify for. During the home purchasing process, we make sure that all deadline tasks are met, while you are at work making your paycheck. As agents, we are investing at no cost to you a lot of our time and resources in helping you find a home with no guarantees that we will recoup are investment in you. Time is money; you don’t work for free, neither can we.
Rules for Spreading the Wealth
YOU
1) Must be pre-qualified with a lender; and be required to have a current up-to-date loan status report (LSR), if you don’t have one we can put you in contact with a qualified loan office at your request.
2) Must do your homework on all material facts such as; price, schools, location, and wanted amenities
3) Must have access to the Internet and a current e-mail address.
4) Have to sign a buyer broker exclusive employment agreement with Rentmasters LLC to qualify for this program, and cannot be working with another agent.
5) No short sales.
6) Not all FSBO’s can accommodate to the program.
7) You must be realistic on what you can buy and qualify for.
8) Must be able to establish a good positive working relationship; that is of the up-most important requirement, when working for you, since we are giving you are money. 9) Must be in a position to purchase a home or write a purchase contract within 120 days

Just so you know, we are not pushy with our clients, and we do not assist pushy clients.
We are patient and understanding while our clients search for their homes, and we expect our clients to return the same courtesy while searching for their home. We do not waste our client’s time, and we will not tolerate our clients wasting our time. We give 100% commitment and loyalty to our client’s, but only to those clients that will return 100% of their commitment and loyalty to us. Just because you qualify, does not mean we will work for you.
Q. What is an escrow hour?
A. An escrow hour is 40 hours per work for the business of closing escrow.
Q. What is the difference between a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent?
A. A buyer broker agency represents only the buyer and their best interests in all negations, whereas a seller’s agent represents the seller only and their best interest and not yours. An un-represented buyer is at a disadvantage with home purchase negotiations.
Q. Why do participating agents of Rentmasters LLC, want to contribute 33% of their co-broke.
A. The participating agents of Rentmasters LLC, realize that there are other competent realtors other than us, and we’re putting our money where are mouth is. We are determined to make it financially easier for you to purchase a home, all because you decided to use us, and we appreciate our customer’s loyalty.
Q. Why should I prefer Rentmasters LLC to other agents?
A. That 33% of my 90% co-broke isn’t small change.
Q. 33% of what?
A. Participating agents of Rentmasters LLC, by contract are required to pay only 10% of their commission to cover administrative office fees (100% - 10% = 90%) Your share will be 33% of my 90 % co-broke. EXP:

Q. Why do I need to have an LSR?
A. Time is money, if you don’t know what you qualify for; you don’t know what to shop for. An LSR will underline your price range and will present a better position for us to negotiate on your behalf with the seller’s agent
Q. Why must I do my homework?
A. When you do your homework, you will determine what you want in a home, where you want your home to be, and your general price range.
Q. Why must I have access to the Internet and a current E-mail address?
A. The Internet is your best research tool. All new listings will be sent to you immediately via. e-mail from your search criteria; that you supply to us, from our up-to-date networking tools.
Q. Why do I have to sign a buyer broker exclusive employment agreement?
A. We need a commitment from you, that you are serious about wanting 33% of our 90% co-broke.
Q. Why do short sales not apply?
A. We have seen in the past that some listing agents will not accept to submit an offer without a non-refundable payment to negotiate with the lenders.
Q. Why can’t all FSBO’s be included?
A. A FSBO homes are a For Sale By Owner (FSBO). When a homeowner reserves that right to sell their home by themselves, they are not obligated to pay a co-broke to realtors. If the homeowner is not paying a co-broke, then there is no commission for us to share with you.
Q. Why can’t everyone have a little bit of time?
A. With all the fine details of buying a home in addition to our free rental service; we have a first come, first serve office policy to qualified homebuyers.
