If you are considering buying or investing in foreclosures or just started shopping for foreclosed homes, bank owned or HUD homes you will need a Realtor with a lock-box key. Use an exclusive buyer agent (EBA), an agent or broker who represents only buyers of real estate. EBA firms never take listings and, therefore, never represent the seller in a real estate transaction.
